Held quote: You don’t have to be okay to be loved.
My note to you
Dear friend,

I have been there. I have felt lost and sad, so heavy that some days it felt like I couldn’t breathe.

When I lost my dad, and depression was slowly dimming my light, a message of hope from Jesus found me right when I needed it. Sometimes it came through a friend, sometimes through an angel (a kind stranger), and sometimes through a few simple words that landed right in my hands. That’s how I learned that miracles are all around us, often in the smallest things.

Held is my way of passing that hope on. I just want to serve, and to lift you up, one letter at a time.

If you can be anything in life, be kind. That’s my guiding principle, and it’s in every letter I write.

You’ve got this. You are loved, cared for, and held.

With love, Zaidi

FAQ

Questions people ask

What exactly will I receive?

Two printed letters a month in your mailbox: the first around the 10th with a little paper gift, the second around the 25th. Every letter has one Bible verse, honest encouragement and a prayer.

Which letters are available?

Being Held is almost here: letters for heavy days and gray seasons. Miracles Happen is coming soon, and Mommy, You Got This!, Still Blooming and Teen to Teen are on the way.

How much does it cost?

You’ll find every price on our Plans page. Simple prices, big love, no fine print.

Is this therapy or counseling?

No. Held is faith-based encouragement, like a letter from a friend who prays for you. It works alongside a doctor or counselor, never instead of one. If you are in danger, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

Is it okay if I’m not very religious?

Yes. Every letter has a verse and a short prayer, but the words are gentle and never judgmental. Everyone is welcome here.

Can I send Held as a gift?

Yes. Send one printed letter of hope with your personal note, signed with your name or simply “someone who loves you.” Nothing renews.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Type it at checkout and your discount is applied right away.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from My Held (Manage my subscription). No questions, no guilt.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Letters mail within the U.S. for now.

Held offers faith-based encouragement. It is not counseling, therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988, or call 911.
